• Tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded for any reason

• A new ticket cannot be issued in the event of loss, damage or theft

• Tickets may not be resold or offered as a prize

• The ticket holder acknowledges that attending the match is under his personal responsibility and acknowledges that he will not claim the Saudi Football Association, the stadium management, the two competing teams, players or commercial sponsors for any damage that may be caused to him before, during or after the match.

• Submit proof of identity to the competent authorities, verify your personal property in your possession, or search you personally

• Keeping your ticket guarantees your seat

• Nightgowns are forbidden

• Perfumes, solids and cutlery are not allowed

• Commitment for women to dress appropriately to customs and traditions, including wearing the abaya and head covering in accordance with the regulations
